Newborn photo shoots
I have always been fascinated by the world of birth, pregnancy, childbirth, and newborns ♥
It is therefore quite naturally that I speecalized myself in this field.
I was able to follow different trainings (especially with Aurélie Martineau, Studio Disn'Art who taught me a lot) to perfect myself in the techniques of posing newborn so that you then have the most beautiful memories of your baby’s first moments.
The newborn photo shoot takes place exclusively between the 3rd and 15th day of baby.
I explain all the reasons in detail HERE
The ideal is to reserve the date during pregnancy according to your DPA, we will obviously adjust according to the actual date of delivery. The key word is always "adaptability".
Newborn sessions are mostly done in the studio, because this session requires a temperature of 25-26 degrees, for the comfort of baby, and this temperature is not necessarily easy to obtain at home (in France obviously).
For newborn sessions in Thailand, we do not encounter this problem of course! : D
This session also requires bulky and difficult to transport equipment, as well as all the decoration, so it is more complicated to perform them at home. The ideal is to do this photo shoot in the morning, between 9:30 and 10:30 to avoid the fatigue of the day to your newborn. The duration of a studio birth shooting is usually 2 to 4 hours.
The session takes place in 2 parts.
During the first part, we only take baby photos with 3 possible settings: "parquet", 'decor", "posing (examples below).
In the second part, we make the family photos.
I would do everything possible to ensure that the photo shoot goes as smoothly as possible.
Everyone should be calm and adapt to the rhythm of the baby.
Do not worry, this session will be carried out in full respect of your child’s rhythm, we will make cuddly breaks or feedings/ bottles to help him fall asleep deeply.
A guide will be sent to you to prepare the session.
I would also send you a questionnaire so that you share with me your favorite tastes and themes.
